Job Summary :
An OnBase System Administrator works with all departments in the Company to help design, engineer, implement, deploy, and manage software project initiatives utilizing OnBase ECM software.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of OnBase administration tasks, including security, roles, users, managing errors and installation
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase issues, understanding and supporting processes and OnBase applications across multiple business areas
- Ability to maintain proper configuration and access control across environments
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an OnBase administrator
- Demonstrated experience installing, upgrading, enhancing and supporting various large-scale administrative applications, including Hyland’s OnBase ECM software
- Working knowledge of SQL
- OnBase API Certified
- OnBase Administrator Certified
- OnBase Workflow Certified
- OnBase Workview Certified
- Experience in working with Kofax Total Agility
- Must work out of the Grand Rapids, MI corporate office.
