We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to perform accounts receivable duties in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be a motivated team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior organization skills, and must have an eye for detail.

What you will do :
- Process timely and accurate billing using AIA and maintain communication with internal & external customers.
- Upload AIA docs in Textura, Procore and any other required system.
- Follow up on collection of unpaid receivables.
- Coordinate contract reporting and provide follow-up on billing related items with internal departments.
- Apply / submit all AR cash payments in accounting system.
- Set up new project using Foundation Software.
- Obtain insurance certificates, business licenses, and all other compliance docs required.
- Send pre-liens timely.
- Upload job budgets.
- Assist AP and Payroll in staying compliant to receive timely payments from General Contractors.
- Create pre-qualification packages.
- Support Project Management and Executive team.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable processes
- Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance
- Strong mathematical skills
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Proficiency in Quicken or similar accounting software
- Understanding of governmental accounting practices
- Knowledge of medical terminology for accurate billing
- Ability to perform account reconciliations effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
