Position Overview : Our client is seeking a skilled mid-level associate to join their International Trade Compliance (ITC) practice, based in either Washington, DC or New Haven, CT offices.
As part of our collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), sanctions regulations governed by the Foreign Assets Control, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.
S. (CFIUS). Responsibilities will include investigating and drafting voluntary disclosures, and developing and implementing robust compliance policies.
