Qualifications :
- All job responsibilities already outlined in the discipline specific job description.
- Travel to temporary assigned facility to act as a supervisor as deemed necessary.
- Act as a temporary manager for new start-up facilities or in the absence of an assigned supervisor.
- Adhere to productivity requirements re : patient care / treatment and management time allocation.
- Act as a team leader / mentor to all members of the rehab team to facility assigned.
- Ensure clinical programs of all disciplines are running smoothly.
- Assist in developing and implementing new programs as needed.
