- The Public HousingAuthority seeks a seasoned IT Applications Project Manager HousingSystems to lead coordinate and support the transition from TenmastWinTen2 to Yardi Voyager.
- This role will serveas the project lead ensuring the successful implementation andintegration of housing management software while maintaining dataintegrity compliance and effective communication across allstakeholders.
- The ideal candidatewill have strong project management skills data analysis expertiseand proficiency in HUD PIC reporting.
- The role requires adeep understanding of housing management systems and provenexperience configuring and managing platforms such as TenmastWinTen2 and YardiVoyager.
KeyResponsibilities :
- ProjectLeadership : Lead the planning execution and completion of thehousing software transition project ensuring alignment with projectgoals andtimelines.
- Coordination &Support : Coordinate with internal teams and external vendorsproviding technical and operational support to drive projectsuccess.
- Data Management : Oversee data analysis and cleanup activities ensuring data qualityand accuracy duringmigration.
- HUD Reporting : Develop and refine HUD PIC and other compliancerelated reportsensuring all data and system configurations adhere to HUDstandards.
- Training &Documentation : Create user guides training materials and processdocumentation to support staff in navigating the newsystem.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in IT Computer Science or relatedfield.
- Experience : Minimumof 5 years in IT project management with a focus on housingmanagementsystems.
- Strong proficiency inYardi Voyager Tenmast WinTen2 and HUDreporting.
- Demonstratedexpertise in data analysis and data migrationstrategies.
- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to lead crossfunctionalteams.
PreferredSkills :
- Certification inproject management (PMP or similar) or applicationmanagement.
- Experience with SQLand data manipulation for housingsystems.
- Knowledge of HousingChoice Voucher Program lifecycle and financialmanagement.
