Get to know what is happening
The current India COE is being set up and the planned onboarding to the new Bank-regulated entity will be in September 2024.
During this transition, the People teams in BLR and SG are working closely and collaboratively to manage the employment matters of those impacted.
Some 120 BLR employees will be transferred from the Grab Grecco entity to the new bank entity.
This transition includes handling the transfer of each employees’ employment, including managing individual rewards and benefits, setting up Workday profiles and records and a phased move to the new workplace.
This is a critical time to ensure minimal disruptions to ongoing work and downstream operational impact, while promoting a seamless and positive experience for the team in BLR.
Get to know what you will do
We are looking for a People intern to join us and support the transition plan.
The individual will be actively involved in the day-to-day activities leading to the onboarding of the BLR team.
You will primarily support the Director, People Operations (BLR) and your role will include but not limited to :
Planning and executing HR operational-related tasks such as letter generation and checking, Workday tasks etc
Supporting rollouts of regional initiatives by India CoEs and localize as and when necessary
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify and collaborate on entity set-up plan
Collaborating with both the SG and BLR People operations team to execute initiatives, identify and incorporate best practices
Support any other ad hoc HR initiatives when required
Your work in the CoE team will have a direct impact on the Employees. You will also get many opportunities to interact with the different stakeholders of the organization and hear personally from them the successes and improvements needed thus far.
