Responsibilities

Our Team

  • Embodies Numinus mission, vision, purpose, and values to the team.
  • Builds a unified and productive partnership with their Medical Director, acting cohesively and in service to one another.
  • Attracts and employs individuals who represent the mission, vision, purpose, and values of Numinus.
  • Identifies training needs within the clinic and facilitates training for team members (new and existing).
  • Conducts and leads engaging bi-weekly team meetings and productive morning huddles.
  • Creates a high-performance culture, using proper performance management practices consistently.
  • Fosters strong engagement among team members, measured through Net Promoter for Employees.
  • Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.
  • Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.

  • Support direct team members in their professional development (remove barriers, provide feedback, and create opportunities)

  • Builds reciprocal referral relationships with neighboring health clinics.
  • Achieves revenue and net income targets as outlined in the annual budget.
  • Manages expenditures wisely, constantly looking for ways to improve profitability.
  • Adjusts and manages schedules to maximize productivity, profitability, and the client experience.
  • Motivates, guides and coaches providers and team members to achieve revenue and net income targets.
  • Partners with the Medical Director to ensure providers embody our Philosophy of Care and performance standards.
  • Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic, overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
  • Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll.

Experience

  • Previous experience in medical administration / people leadership position required
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer service

  • Reliable, professional and friendly
  • Computer and technology proficiency
