Our Team
- Embodies Numinus mission, vision, purpose, and values to the team.
- Builds a unified and productive partnership with their Medical Director, acting cohesively and in service to one another.
- Attracts and employs individuals who represent the mission, vision, purpose, and values of Numinus.
- Identifies training needs within the clinic and facilitates training for team members (new and existing).
- Conducts and leads engaging bi-weekly team meetings and productive morning huddles.
- Creates a high-performance culture, using proper performance management practices consistently.
- Fosters strong engagement among team members, measured through Net Promoter for Employees.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity.
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals.
