The Americas Operations / Project Coordinator III is responsible for facilitating and coordinating multiple cross-functional teams to carry out day-to-day operations.
This team-lead role involves coordination and liaising with multiple teams, smart / remote-hands, and IT-infrastructure facility providers.
Tasks may vary in number, size, and complexity. The candidate should have prior experience and / or the ability to develop expertise in Colo / Datacenter / POP site access, smart hands requests, RMAs, inventory, and audits, or similar logistics processes.
This role is based in Fremont, CA and requires in-office attendance at our client location 5 days / week (M-F), 8AM 5PM Pacific Time.
Occasional weekend and / or holiday work may be required. Total work week is 40 hours. Meetings prior to or after the typical daily shift may be required with global teams 4-6 times / month.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily coordinator ticket queues and service level agreements / key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Load balance tickets across team, make daily assignments, plan monthly calendars, ensure consistent cross-regional handovers, provide site access permissions (ACLs), analyze ticket outliers for root causes used in management reports.
- Train new hires and lead weekly team meetings and regular standups / check-ins.
- Assist with daily monitoring of the ticketing system and resolving cases within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Coordinators in other global regions to ensure smooth start / end-of-shift handover using a 24 / 7 follow-the-sun service.
- Collaborate with various regional teams for ticket resolution.
- Assist with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalate to management for resolution.
- Leverage Continuous Process Improvement techniques, updating documentation on process and procedures, and introducing innovative ideas to improve service and operational efficiency.
- Assist with identifying and collaborating on new process improvement opportunities.
- Communicate effectively, maintain and establish a good rapport with the team and client.
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring ad-hoc project plans / schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
- Attend and participate in client meetings as required.
- Work closely with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), global Team Leads, and Project Managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including assisting with identifying critical metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Work closely with facility providers and Smart Hands to drive issue resolution.
- Coordinate with OEM hardware vendors to oversee RMA shipments to and from facilities.

Qualifications and Skills :
- 2-5 years of work experience in logistics, project coordination / management, or similar
- Prior leadership experience overseeing small work groups and directing daily work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and dependable
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use good judgment, as well as problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Must be able to work occasional weekend and holiday rotations
- Role is in-office, full-time, 5 days a week
Experience and qualifications :
- Demonstrated leadership experience either formal or informal
- Bachelor’s Degree in any foundational arts or science discipline

Salary Range
$24.57 - $38.80 USD (Hourly)
