Your New Role
Our Talent & Employee Engagement teams lead Warner Bros. Discovery’s strategy for hiring, engaging and retaining WBD’s remarkable talent with a focus on wellbeing, engagement and inclusion.
This role will provide administrative and project support to our team, helping to define, enhance and improve the programs, processes and experiences our employees have across their careers.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Provide day to day support to 2 Executives including managing calendars, making travel plans, processing expenses, setting up events and coordinating with internal and external colleagues
- Collaborate with our Change Team to support a global calendar of employee facing launches, and announcements
- Research talent and culture related topics to help enable projects across the team.
- Support Talent Acquisition diversity outreach and campus events
- Support Warner Bros. Discovery wellbeing initiatives and activities
- Help support activities across a global team collaborating with colleagues around the world to solve problems, organize events and identify opportunities to help our team operate smoothly and deliver more impact
Qualifications & Experience
- 1- 3 years minimum of relevant experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills able to effectively engage and collaborate across a diverse, global and dynamic team of varying levels
- Professional judgment with respect to detail and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to deal with executive-level management and staff in a highly professional manner
- Able to research resources, troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Strong customer service skills resolving issues with a focus on customer / employee experience
- Proactive problem solver
- Sense of curiosity and discovery - desire to learn, research, experiment, and collaborate
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced global company
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
