Logistics Coordinator

job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating with transportation and logistics partners to monitor shipment movements.
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy and resolving any shipment errors promptly.
• Responding to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding invoices or purchase orders, both written and verbal.
• Collaborating with Operations to manage inventory levels efficiently.
• Maintaining detailed and organized records of orders and stock. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
• Operating forklifts or being open to learning how to use them.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Utilizing advanced data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Demonstrating expert-level proficiency in inventory management. Utilizing computers, software, and other technology for inventory management and communication.
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, including common challenges and effective solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, laws, and company policies.
