Who You Are

Slalom is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive consultant to lead the delivery of configurable platform services with our PNW clients, primarily in and around Seattle, as well as supporting and leading sales efforts.

The Principal Salesforce Consultant will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients with an emphasis on Salesforce, be accountable for ensuring the quality execution of business and technology consulting across engagements, while contributing to the operations and people leadership of the Platforms Practice.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project teams and be accountable for overall delivery of the solution.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations.
  • Manage project risk as it relates to planning and budgeting, handling accounts receivable, defining deliverable content, and ensuring agreement of proposed solutions from client executives.
  • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects in Seattle.
  • Lead with a business-forward demeanor to drive quality work that improves competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to drive growth of the practice through a combination of business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  • Improve performance through an effective team-based approach that increases output and employee happiness.
  • Enhance Slalom's culture and be a leading example of our core values every day.
  • Provide expertise during sales efforts to define high-level solutions, scope, and estimate the technical level of effort.

Develop proposals, presentations, statements of work (SOW) and recommend strategies to grow the practice presence in existing accounts.

  • Provide thought leadership & bring recommendations on tools and technologies to the Slalom team & client partners.
  • Provide technical & consulting guidance as a mentor to junior team members.

What You'll Bring

  • Consulting experience, the majority specifically with Salesforce.
  • Experience proposing and leading cross-functional engagements of teams with various technical and non-technical capabilities.
  • Functional understanding of Salesforce with demonstrated ability to architect solutions.
  • Expert at project delivery who can perform all aspects of program management and articulate a mature delivery methodology to clients and team members.
  • Skilled at managing multiple engagements at once.
  • Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Strong work ethic with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary range is $151,000 to $206,000.

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
