Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our client as a Dental Office Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Day to day, some responsibilities include :
- Managing patient scheduling, booking, and canceling appointments as necessary
- Handling billing processes, preparing and sending patient bills, etc.
- Submitting patient claims to insurance companies
- Assist patients with completing required intake and medical forms
- Confirm upcoming appointments with patients via phone or email
- Keep track of office supplies and reorder as needed
Must Haves :
- 2+ years of experience working as a Dental Office Receptionist at a general dentist practice
- Knowledge teeth numbers
- Capability to pick appropriate x ray for submissions to insurance companies
- Experience using a dental management program (for billing, scheduling, etc)
- Must have the ability to come onsite 4x week

$23-$28 / HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
