Together, let’s empower people everywhere to live their healthiest lives.Summary of PositionAs the Associate Director of Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for 1) managing comprehensive marketing campaigns to activate, re-engage and retain our members, 2) driving forward product initiatives that require marketing support and enablement and 3) leading insights for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction program.
This role is critical to building strong relationships, loyalty and driving higher consumer satisfaction. You will work cross-functionality with our Marketing team, Data science and Operations to contribute to and help achieve our ambitious engagement objectives.

You should also have a flexible mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly collaborative role, and you should be able to work in close partnership with other teams including creative, product, operations, and marketing functions to drive shared success.
He / she will own strategy for the respective projects on the team and run with multiple projects simultaneously, informing when there are hurdles that require collaboration to overcome.
This is a hybrid role. Expectation is remote with 1-3 days a week at one of our office locations. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
