We manufacture our board products in our Colchester, UK based factory to meet the highest level of inspection standards for long life cycle, reliable operation.
Our products are used by many of the world’s leading integrators within the Defence, Security, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Transportation, Medical and Industrial markets and are designed to be operated in a range of temperatures and environments from benign to extreme rugged.
The company operates facilities in Colchester and Theale in the United Kingdom and Woburn, MA in the United States. We are supported by a world-wide network of distributors and manufacturers’ representatives to ensure that local support is always available to our customers.

The Role
Relying on your software expertise along with good communication skills, you will provide internal and external support to act as the software matter expert for our customers, including the provision of test and demonstration programs.
This role can be based in either of our UK sites (Colchester or Theale) or US site in Woburn, MA.
What will I be delivering?
Provide our marketing and sales force with technical back-up, both pre-sales and post-sales. Help with the setup and validation of third-party software / middleware products.
Provide support and act as technical contact for many of our customers world-wide.

What do I need to bring with me?
Demonstrated knowledge and experience
- Demonstrate a good understanding of software used in embedded system.
- Develop and maintain small application software used as demonstrator for various embedded application.
- Provide application notes and white paper intended to be used as technical guide by our customers and partners.
- Evaluate various middleware solution used as enabler to our product offering.
- provided support to our customers (customer facing role)
Technical skills and qualifications
- Very proficient in Embedded C and C++
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience of Linux / VxWorks.
- In-depth knowledge of x86 architecture.
- Good appreciation of hardware.
- Misc Networking
- Middlewares : VMware, OpenVino, CUDA, OpenDDS
