We are currently looking for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our team!

As the eCommerce Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing for various marketing campaigns.

As the eCommerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate, plan, and implement monthly content calendar for email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns.
• Support in the coordination and execution of sales and promotions, including date ranges, planning discounts, brainstorming themes, incentives, promo products, and special offers.
• Lead campaign creation including graphic assets, build-out, scheduling, copy, and development work.
• Compile weekly and monthly analytics for email, SMS, and direct mail including performance reports for email and SMS workflows, and share with key stakeholders.
• Analyze and generate data-driven recommendations to optimize conversion rates, and increase average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV) of customers.

• Proven experience in successful marketing campaign management.
• You have strong technical proficiency with the technical aptitude to understand and explain complex data.
• You have a strong desire to go above and beyond and have the ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
