DBI is hiring for an exciting opportunity for experienced, licensed architect to join our client's team as a Healthcare Studio Lead.
As a Studio Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading healthcare projects across the firm. You will collaborate with clients, develop innovative design solutions, provide strategic direction, and maintain operational excellence.
This role will ensure projects meet the highest standards, provide exceptional customer service, and mentor junior team members.
Below are a few of the high-level duties and requirements of the role.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture
- Registered Architect (NCARB certified)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
General Duties :
- Champion design excellence and exceptional project delivery
- Cultivate client relationships with healthcare providers
- Establish and execute annual business goals, strategies, and tactics
- Lead business development with the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
- Responsible for the financial health of the studio
- Provide studio leadership and direction
- Drive the annual strategic planning sessions
