Job Highlights :
Universal Court Reporting, Inc. seeks a full-time front desk receptionist to greet clients and perform various clerical tasks.
As a first point of contact, the ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities include :
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors.
- Managing calls and messages, to ensure proper routing.
- Handling mail, packages, and office correspondence.
- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Ensuring the reception area and conference rooms are presentable.
- Monitoring and ordering supplies.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and resourceful.
- Adept at prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Customer service oriented.
