What you'll do...
The Director Strategic Partnership, Specialty Programs will be responsible for leading the growth of our specialty pharmacies through strategic partnerships and community engagement initiatives.
This role is pivotal in bringing awareness to the pharmacy services and assets that we have within our health and wellness business and finding channels that can accelerate our growth
A successful candidate should be able to bring influence and strategic thinking to address unique pharmacy and client needs, represent the organization in external relationships and be innovative in identifying areas for collaboration with partners
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
- You have extensive experience in building and managing external relationships, programs, and products at both a national and community level
- You have expertise in driving sales through partnerships, can structure valued programs and products with the responsibility of leading the process from initiation through implementation
- You have a strong working knowledge of the synergy between pharmacy and health programs and can work across teams to optimize our assets in the development of sales opportunities
- You have familiarity with community health programs, pharmacy products and services and can build market strategies that can drive value within the organization and with external partners

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 7 years’ experience leading key strategic partnerships, business development, or related area.
Led complex multi-faceted relationships with external partners.
