Hours : M-F 7am-4pm (varies) (on call rotation with other techs)
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- HVAC service : 2 years (minimum)
- Valid Driver’s License
- HVAC Journeyman Card
- EPA Certification

- Lead a team of service technicians, provide mentorship and hands-on training.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Evaluates work load and assists dispatchers to schedule service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes efficiencies.
- Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
