Responsibilities

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center opened its doors in 2014 and provides the highest quality of behavioral healthcare for patients in a safe, secure and nurturing environment.

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center offers a unique treatment programs across inpatient, partial and intensive outpatient settings for adolescents and adults.

In a highly specialized field of psychiatry, our goal is to promote cognitive, social, physical and emotional development to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to help our patients succeed.

The Manager of Outpatient Services works closely with the executive management and will be responsible for the clinical and financial functioning of the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

The Manager of Outpatient Services will be the primary program contact and provide case management and direct patient care services, group leadership, utilization review, and clinical supervision to staff.

Ideal candidates will possess PHP / IOP experience; unrestricted Florida licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT); and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, staff, insurance companies, collateral contacts and community / state / federal resources.

In addition, successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to create individualized, culturally competent, sustainable treatment and discharge plans.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

• Master’s Degree in social work / mental health / behavioral sciences field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the mental health field. At least two (2) years’ experience in clinical and administrative supervision.
• State of Florida LCSW, LMHC or LMFT licensure required.
