We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that provides an excellent opportunity to handle complex litigation cases, primarily in Personal Injury Law or Workers Compensation Law.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing all facets of litigation, from case inception through discovery and trial.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at trial.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury or workers compensation matters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to effectively manage case load.
• Conduct thorough and diligent case research to support claims and defenses.
• Represent the firm in a professional manner, upholding our reputation for excellence and integrity in all interactions with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Stay updated on current laws, rulings, and regulations in personal injury law and workers compensation law.
• Participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients and grow the firm's practice.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury law or workers compensation law.
• Proven track record of success in litigation, with experience in taking cases to trial.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume case load while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to uphold the law.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
