Seattle, Washington, USA
$166.4K a year
Full-time

The Selling Partner Experience (SPX) organization strives to make Amazon the best place for Selling Partners (SPs) to do business.

Providing adequate assistance to our Selling Partners and enhancing their experience when doing business with Amazon has always been our number one priority.

We continue to invest in technology to improve this experience for our SPs. We are building an AI powered assistant, that will be a trusted partner and a seasoned advisor that’s always available to enable our partners to thrive in Amazon’s stores.

The Selling Assistant will take away the cognitive load of selling on Amazon by providing a single interface to handle a diverse set of selling needs.

The assistant will always stay by the partner's side, talk to them in their language, enable them to capitalize on opportunities, and help them accomplish their business goals with ease.

Building such an assistant requires a strong leader to drive the vision. This assistant is built by leveraging a multi-agent framework.

This tech leader will own interconnected systems that are backed up by science components (LLMs). They will require thinking around corners, anticipating the unexpected, synthesizing and executing on technical plans from discordant perspectives, and championing the vision to multiple high-level business owners.

This leader will partner with multiple product owners, and other stakeholders to build a scalable solution.

The leader of this space is expected to stay close to the details, balance between Bias for action and Quality without compromising the work-life balance of their team.

They are empathetic in leading the team while being Customer Obsessed in driving the right product features for Selling Partners.
