Role Overview :
- Assist CCMS Principal in leading academic excellence and growth for Calvary Chapel Middle School, grades 6-8.
- Uphold Christ-centered mission in all aspects.
- Mentor and develop staff for success.
- Oversee curriculum and educational planning.
- Engage with students, parents, and community.
- Serve as administrative partner with the Principal in day-to-day management of CCMS.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree required; Teaching Credential and / or Master’s Degree preferred.
- Management experience in Christian Education and / or Christian Administration.
- Experience in classroom management and teaching, three years minimum preferred.
- Maintain ACTS administration certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A strong, committed Christian who lives out faith according to a Biblical Christian worldview.
