Join an organization which works with the longest running and largest green energy program. We are hiring new and experienced installers and trades people to install energy-saving devices and systems in the homes of income-eligible Albany County residents.

Responsibilities include :

• Gather accurate energy services data and analyze findings to create audit reports and develop cost-effective solutions to replace or repair energy-related systems
• Assist with directing and overseeing subcontractors, crew assignments, and work orders to ensure quality project completion
• Ensure compliance with program regulations including completing reports for reporting systems and databases

Starting at $25.92 per hour; 37.5 hours per week; Monday Friday

QUALIFICATIONS

High school or General Education Diploma (GED) required. Building Analyst Certification, Building Envelopment Certification, Manufacturing Housing Professional Certification, and Heating Certification are required or expected to be obtained near date of hire.

Four (4) years of experience in residential construction, weatherization, or similar field with two (2) years of supervision are preferred.

Valid driver’s license required.
