Finance Generalist

We're seeking a versatile Finance Generalist to support our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of finance and accounting principles, with the ability to adapt to various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close procedures
• Help with audit preparation and compliance
• Perform financial data entry and reconciliation
• Aid in payroll processing and benefits administration

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills
