Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. This is a dual role position that involves handling HR responsibilities part-time, including payroll, basic accounting functions, invoicing, customer service, and administrative operational duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities.

Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, and a business casual work environment. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000, based on experience.

Job Specifications :

• Job Type : Full-time
• Location : Clearwater
• Pay Rate : $55,000 to $60,000 per year
• Shift : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR functions including payroll, basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and customer service.
• Perform administrative operational duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of payroll and accounting processes.
• Bilingual; English-Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
