Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our Allen Park team. In this role, our clients will look to you as an advisor to assist them in finding the right insurance solutions.
You will utilize your excellent relationship-building talents and create confidence with our clients. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.

Base salary pay for a newly licensed or inexperienced individual for their first year in this position is $32,000 per year for Full-time.
May make even more with with base pay + commission + bonuses.

If you have experience in the insurance industry and are motivated to meet sales targets, we are interested in hearing from you! As an Insurance Sales Representative, your duties include reaching sales goals, cultivating customer relationships, and providing remarkable service quality.
A Property and Casualty License, insurance experience, and the ability to shake off rejection are required. Base pay for a licensed, experienced individual for this position is $40,000.
With our competitive commission structure, youll have the opportunity to make $60,000 with the base salary + commission + bonuses.
Salary : $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Use excellent rapport skills to establish trust and provide honest and empathetic interactions to maintain client retention and promote product loyalty.
- Promptly contact the leads generated from warm leads, book of business, and other lead sources.
- Follow-up on Winbacks
- Actively listen to and address the clients objections and concerns.
- Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Assist with service calls to continue to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Create effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets . (Premium goal of $20,000, 20 policies per month)
Requirement
- Property and Casualty License REQUIRED. Willing to consider candidates with no insurance experience. Will pay 100% for licensing. Willing to train
- Previous industry experience (minimum of 1-2 years) is preferred
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing / data entry skills.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Ambitious dependable self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members
