As our client’s Asset Manager , you will oversee a portfolio of mixed-use and Class A commercial properties, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
Top Requirements of the Asset Manager
- Strong experience managing mixed-use and Class A commercial properties .
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in institutional reporting and financial analysis (IRR, ROI, Cap Rates).
- Proficiency in Excel, Argus, Yardi, and other related tools .
What You'll Do as an Asset Manager
- Oversee property management teams and third-party vendors.
- Manage budgets, leasing, marketing, and capital improvement strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis including cash flow, ROI, and variance reporting.
- Ensure effective property operations, tenant improvements, and construction oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams on acquisitions, development, and reporting.
What You’ll Bring to the Asset Manager
- 5-10 years of real estate experience, with 5-7 years in asset management.
- Expertise in financial modeling and property management .
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate (preferred accreditations : CCIM).
