Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Product Manager I to join our team within the Risk Management department. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring the successful implementation of application solutions that meet Firm and client needs.
Working alongside the Senior IT Product Manager II, this individual will support project objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications within the risk management space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with senior team members, business users, and legal staff to gather, document, and refine specifications for applications.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, leveraging Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams, including developers, DBAs, and external vendors.
- Coordinate and document workflows, business processes, and use cases to enhance the user experience.
- Manage the requirements process, ensuring clarity, sign-off, and documentation in project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft TFS.
- Conduct initial testing, track issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure application quality.
- Document project details, including user stories, requirements, and workflow diagrams, for effective communication and project management.
