Position Overview & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the catering team to plan, prep, and execute events.
- Attend weekly meetings with kitchen and sales team.
- Provide the highest level of guest service to ensure the guest’s satisfaction with the event.
- Supervise & coach servers and bartenders.
- Control food costs.

Position Requirements
- 2+ years of working in a high volume restaurant or catering environment.
- Proven success with leading teams and executing a high level of guest service
