Job Description Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios.
DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70per month.
The successful candidate will have a strong proven track record in real estate purchasing and / or client relationship management.
Experience in home remodeling is a plus. Problem solving and negotiation skills are a must. This will include analyzing and preparing written reports for 5-8 deals per week. Confirm renovation estimate is correct and sufficient on all ongoing projects while completing estimations for upcoming projects.
Monitor the construction / rehab process and disburse construction draws accordingly. Reconcile the differences in property costs pre and post rehabilitation.
Analyze pro formas on large projects as provided by the borrower.
