Overview Lutron is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our Corporate Treasury Team as a Project Coordinator at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting our organization's treasury operations, driving efficiency improvements within the team, and collaborating with various internal departments to support corporate objectives.
Responsibilities Scope, design, and propose key digital transformation project solutions that align to Treasury and Finance team needs in areas such as banking, corporate credit cards, and more Collaborate with internal teams (ex : accounting, tax, and legal teams) to develop, refine, and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously within deadlines Organize and drive completion of project-related tasks (ex : work with IT, accounts payable, and external banks to automate processes and submission of files) Act as a subject matter expert to provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders during the implementation phase of new projects / improvements Create workflows, process documentation, and assist in knowledge management Support with daily Treasury operations activities such as tracking cash balances, approving payments, and monitoring Treasury inbox Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.
