Job Description
Job Duties :
- Supervise 6 employees from different departments.
- Oversee customer service, business development, and operational activities.
- Handling all customer service issues, managing existing contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs),
- Collaborating closely with the CEO to manage negotiations.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
- Coordinate with the finance department to approve budgets and financial plans for projects
- Manage relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors.
- Oversee and improve customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service issues and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and external partners / vendors, ensuring contractual agreements are beneficial and upheld.
- Evaluate overall company performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Ensure that the company operates in legality and conformity to established regulations
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a cross-functional leadership role (Operations leadership experience preferred).
- Experience in Transportation or Logistics industry preferred.
- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
- Evidence of building a high-performance leadership team
Additional Info :
- Pay range : $65k-$80k (depending on experience)
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Location : In Office - New Brighton area
