- WORK MAIN LINE : must be able to control the flow of Main Wing Cook line ,Drop, Cook, Flip & Control Orders.
- Read & Understand Line Tickets for priority and placement of menu Items
- Ability to MULTI-TASK / WORK IN FAST PACE
- Communicate with other Staff members
- Work well in HIGH VOLUME situations
- Able to work independently at times and MULT-TASK Well
- Fulfilling work Schedule on a weekly basis (Being Accountable)
- Have Reliable Transportation
