Job Overview :
Gecko Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and be a part of our leadership team at our Wichita Falls location, located within the Sheppard Air Force Base.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities :
- Operational Excellence : Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and ambiance.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop store associates, ensuring the team is motivated and aligned with company values.
- Guest Experience : Foster emotional connections with guests by delivering exceptional food and service. Address guest feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Financial Accountability : Achieve store financial targets by managing costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety and security for both guests and associates, ensuring compliance with health regulations and operational standards.
- Community Engagement : Promote the brand within the local community through outreach and positive interactions.
- Brand Alignment : Lead with integrity and intensity, working toward the fulfillment of our company’s stated vision.
What You Bring to the Table :
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
