Job Summary
Byram Healthcare is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our corporate headquarters located in White Plains, NY.
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO, CFO and EVP collectively and will be responsible for providing the full range of administrative support.
Please note this position will require a hybrid schedule of being in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
The base salary range for this role is estimated to be $75,000-$100,000 per year. This range may vary based on years of experience and geographic location.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple busy calendars, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings for the CEO, CFO and EVP
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
- Be able to manage competing priorities timely and efficiently
- Organize all travel needs and prepare complex travel itineraries for CEO, CFO and EVP
- Prepare executive expense reports on a weekly basis
- Articulate and draft email correspondence for CEO, CFO and EVP
- Provide requested support to other members of the senior leadership team as needed
- Attend, take notes and follow up on action items for team calls hosted by executive(s)
- Perform other related duties as assigned including personal requests on an as needed basis
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years experience supporting executive level management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be an independent thinker and able to anticipate executive's needs; be able to plan for go forward meetings
- Great attention to detail; must be able to work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Must be able to function in a fast paced and at times, demanding environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and time constraints
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 15% with key dates in February and March
