Territory Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve Sales Targets : Drive and meet personal sales goals for Barco products.
Expand and Manage Reseller Network : Identify, onboard, and support new and existing resellers, acting as their key contact.
Develop business plans and track performance through regular reviews.
Provide Technical and Sales Expertise : Support partners with product knowledge, training, and updates to ensure they can effectively sell and specify Barco solutions.
Lead Generation and Management : Generate and manage leads through events, demonstrations, and partner engagements. Distribute leads to partners and ensure timely follow-up.
Brand Marketing and CRM Management : Enhance Barco’s brand visibility in the region while maintaining up-to-date sales opportunities in the CRM.
Forecasting and Market Insights : Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and share market intelligence to support strategy and decision-making.
Required Competencies :
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
Experience : 5-7 years of proven sales experience in a related industry or technology sector.
People Management :
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with client managers. Comfortable working across different organizational and national boundaries.
Results-Oriented :
Driven to hunt for new customers and contacts within targeted accounts. Skilled in high-level sales negotiations and relationship building.
