Role Overview :
As the Director of People Operations at ServiceCore, you will play a pivotal role in building our process, systems, and culture, and team that embodies our company’s mission and core values.
As our lead People Operations hire, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the organization's culture, talent management strategies, and employee experience from the ground up.
This role requires a passionate and dynamic contributor who will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with the CEO, Senior Leadership team, and employees across the organization to foster an engaging work environment that supports professional growth, inspiration, and fun.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people operations strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll, compliance with employment laws, and HR policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company's values. Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and engagement.
- Lead efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. Develop strategies for talent retention, professional growth, and succession planning.
Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
- Oversee the performance management process
- Drive initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Implement programs to promote diversity and eliminate bias in recruitment, promotion, and development.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner. Provide guidance to managers on handling employee relations issues.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Previous experience working in a high-growth environment
- Operate with a high degree of integrity and trust to manage sensitive information
- Cares deeply about creating a culture where employees can find inspiration, happiness, and fun at work
- Strong ability to align people strategies with business goals. Experience developing and executing HR plans that support organizational growth and change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive annual salary between $155,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience.
