Responsibilities :

The Epic Cadence Analyst will be responsible for implementing new or revised system requirements or procedures within Epic.

This role will assist in activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.

• Provide support for Epic Cadence applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in Cadence applications to streamline scheduling, referral, and registration processes, improving patient access and experience.
• Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relationship in dealing with others.
• Prepare documentation and assists in documenting and defining workflows in collaboration with team members and operational users.
• Identifies, manages, and communicates issues and risks, for supported applications.
• Collaborates with peers to create and maintain standard team specific documentation. Instrumental in maintaining, and consistently participates in improving standards of documentation.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree : Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education / experience.
• Certifications in the Epic Cadence application and / or other related Epic applications.
• Three years : Healthcare IT experience.
