Implementation specialist will be expected to bring subject matter expertise along with experience of solving complex organization information problems.
You must have the ability to communicate with members from different teams at different levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator with the ability to provide technical solutions on Marketing technologies.
The candidate will work with internal or external clients to understand the project requirements and will help in creating a design document for any system integration project and adhere to standard development procedures.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to the client and ability to troubleshoot solution problems. Provide Technical Consultant support to implement Resulticks for various clients.
Create, design, and implement demand generation programs in Marketing Technologies Subject Matter Expert on product, integration process and complex program flows.
Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, if needed, metrics reporting, simple solutions to complex policies Accountable for the success of solution and acceptance by customers.
Execute the identified action plan(s) to address identified issues through customer surveys Assist in improving customer relations which are reflected in customer service index Prepare appropriate status reports for delivery to customers.
Pre-Requisites Must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Must have the ability to analyze problems and find solutions. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and team collaborative skills. Desirable Skills Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management skills Project Management skills and / or certification. Experience and Academic Qualifications At minimum, a B.
