Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver long and short-term research projects related to AI and securityProvide technical leadership and guidance, establishing coding standards and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project needs and timelinesRequired QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral Degree in a quantitative science or engineering field10+ years of experience in AI / ML, with at least 5 years in a management roleExperience with the full system development lifecycle from research to deploymentProficiency in languages and frameworks for data-intensive machine learning systemsExperience with training and tuning large multi-modal models
