POSITION SUMMARY : The Senior Director of Clinical Services is responsible for providing consultation, guidance, and professional nursing expertise, including the assessment of resident needs, development of action plans, aiding in goal accomplishment, implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring the progress of consulting clients.
This position is also responsible for assisting in the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures which ensure efficient, effective, and strong performance of communities and clients.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Business Development / Sales
- Plans, prepares, secures, manages, and evaluates new, renewed, and expanded client relationships that strengthen and drive the image of HDG, as well as generate.
- Identify qualified prospects, build relationships with prospective clients, create solutions, and assist in closing the.

Account Management and Consulting

Customer Relationship / Satisfaction
- Participates in Health Dimensions Group’s Positive Review and Evaluation Process (PREP) services product.
- Reports regarding the status of identified areas of opportunity, implementation, training, policy development, and follow-up.
- Develops client reports, presentations, and other deliverables as defined in consulting letters of engagement scope of.
- Participates in the interviewing, hiring, orienting, and mentoring of clinical leadership when appropriate.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE :
- Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or related field; graduate degree.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to nursing and long-term care required.
- Knowledge of the MDS / RAI process.
- Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention strategies.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
