Job Overview :

Duties :
- Represent clients in various litigation matters, including but not limited to trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Assist senior attorneys in case management, strategy development, and trial preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation. Demonstrated litigation experience commensurate with time in practice.
Strong writing and analytical skills. Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school. Valid license to practice law in Kentucky.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Valid license to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
Skills :
Proficiency in legal research methods and resources. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
