Job Title : Event Planner

Compensation : $38-42 per hour
About Our Client : Our client is a distinguished and esteemed legal firm located in Manhattan, recognized for its vibrant team and high-profile clientele.
Our client is in search of a talented Event Specialist / Planner to manage event logistics, coordination, and execution for a range of functions, conferences, and off-site events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with catering services and other vendors for conferences and events
- Plan and coordinate event logistics
- Assist in developing budgets and ensure events adhere to financial guidelines
- Oversee event execution, attend events, and ensure smooth operations
- Order and manage supplies, and handle maintenance, IT, and vendor communications
- Ensure all necessary materials, gifts, and technology are prepared for events
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in event planning
- Proven track record in organizing meetings and events with over 300 attendees
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including some weekends
Additional Details :
- Working Hours : 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (Overtime required for events outside standard business hours)
