Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients one-on-one, providing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy and educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and strategies for self-management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Michigan physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
