Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Office Check-In)
The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a part-time Medical Office Check-In to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice.

What you’ll be doing to make an impact :
- Smile and greet patients with an enthusiastic How can I help you today? attitude upon arrival
- Check patients in for their appropriate appointments in multiple systems
- Provide patients with appropriate intake, new patient, and / or questionnaire forms
- Process payments for office visits
- Communicate directly and professionally with other departments as needed
- Provide the patient with support and guidance as needed
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations
What you’ll bring to the table :
- High school diploma / GED (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills (required)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- A schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 1 : 00pm
