The Building Automations System (BAS) Controls Technician is critical to the success in ensuring our customer receive top-notch service as it relates to the installation, programming, and service of commercial digital control systems while maintaining quality and profitability.

A Day in the Life :

• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming.
• Create and / or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects.
• Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

What you will Bring :

Required

• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility or 7+ related experience
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Required license(s) and / or training card as required by local law district
• Ability to lift to 50lbs with or without an accommodation

Preferred

• Niagara AX and / or Niagara 4 certification
• Strong computer skills, including computer networking fundamentals
