Compensation :
$50,000+ Based on Experience
Responsibilities : Document Management
Document Management
- Receive signed listing agreements and review for completeness, ensuring all necessary dates and signatures are included.
- Upload documents to Skyslope for broker review and communicate any required changes or issues to the agent.
Client Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with the agent about the proposed listing timeline.
- Send an introductory email to the seller with a copy of fully executed listing agreements.
MLS Management
- Add listings to the MLS system in Add / Edit as withheld, coming soon, or active.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to create and mail listing flyers; order professionally printed flyers if requested.
- Update MLS as needed, including price changes and status updates.
Vendor & Service Coordination
- Connect the seller to a staging consultant, if requested.
- Schedule and communicate details for listing photography, and send the completed photo link to both the seller and agent.
- Order solar-lit post signs for installation three days prior to the live date and schedule removal after closing.
Listing Data & Content Management
- Verify information provided in the MLS input form, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Enter all listing data into the MLS, including property details and public remarks (if requested).
- Upload all relevant media, such as photos, 3D tours, floor plans, and supplements to the MLS.
- Coordinate with Marketing to create social media graphics and promote open houses.
Showing Management
- Receive showing instructions from the agent and set up Showing Time for the property.
- Send live MLS links to the seller and agent once the listing is active.
Open House Program
Run and maintain weekly open house program for all agents on the team.
Qualifications :
- Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
- Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued
