Job Title : Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description : Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Services Buyer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our maintenance functions.

Your expertise will help us maintain efficiency and organization in our processes.

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 PM

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Parts & Supplies : Manage the procurement of necessary materials to keep operations running smoothly.
• Research & Price Quotes : Conduct thorough research to obtain competitive price quotes for parts and supplies.
• Financial Management : Maintain accurate financial logs and meticulous records to track expenditures and inventory.
• Inventory Oversight : Keep weekly inventory lists of parts and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Vendor Interaction : Communicate regularly with vendors for status updates and to verify paperwork accuracy.
• Reporting : Print and verify routine reports to ensure all received items are correctly documented and stored in their designated locations.
• Inventory Verification : Regularly check parts and equipment inventory to maintain a min / max balance.
