Business Applications Administrator

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : include but are not limited to :

  • Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
  • Owns and administers enterprise business applications with minimal direction
  • Primary Business Liaison to proactively identify, analyze and document business requirements translating them into application solutions
  • Provides Tier 3 Application Support
  • Provides direction to Application Analyst and IT Support regarding applications and utilization

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS : include but are not limited to :

  • Required : 3-5 years of experience in technical administration of a business application
  • Required : Prior experience with an Agency Management System (Applied Epic preferred)
  • Required : Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements
  • Preferred : 0-1 years of experience in business analysis with focus on managing business and technical requirements
  • Preferred : Prior experience in translating business requirements into business process or technology utilization.
  • Preferred : Waterfall or Agile / Lean methodology prior experience

Salary Range

$100,000 $110,000 USD
